Heat mat arrived this morning! That was quick! Wished there were more companies like you. Friendly and very efficient service. Your email saying goods had been sent was very useful. Once bought something on line, delivery within 3 weeks. Phoned after three weeks, goods had been at the post office depot for collection and then returned to the company. Didn't know as had wrong house number.
The website is very clear, easy to use and ordering something is easy too as no cut off time when page has expired. (If there are one you get plenty of time).
The mat is for my son as wanted a couple of baby African Snails as pets. He really wanted to do the checking and ordering himself using my credit card. So only sat next to him just in case. No help needed apart from pointing to the relevant numbers on the credit card. Hannibal and Alexander have settled in happily, seem to like the warm climate, and my son is over the moon.
